Job Title: SP - Long Term Team - Ramsgate

Location: Ramsgate, Kent CT11 9ST
Pay Rate: Up to 42 p/h

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to join the Long-Term Team in Ramsgate, Kent. This role offers the opportunity to work with individuals and families in need of long-term support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cases for individuals with complex long-term needs.
• Work with individuals and families to create care plans and support strategies.
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff and assist in their professional development.
• Liaise with other professionals and agencies to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Contribute to team development and the improvement of service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Essential: Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work)
• Essential: Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
• Significant experience working in social services, with a focus on long-term care.
• Experience in supervising staff and mentoring junior practitioners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
