Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented Swaging Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating swage machines to permanently shape or reduce the diameter of metal components. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical background and experience in metal work.
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment to minimise downtime.
- Handle materials efficiently within the ensuring proper storage and movement of components
- Assist with assembly tasks as required, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Utilise basic maths skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks
- Maintain a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience :
- Experience in operating manual machines.
- Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling and assembly processes
- Experience working with hand tools and basic maths for precise measurements l
This role is ideal for candidates who are organised, safety-conscious, and eager to develop their skills within a professional manufacturing environment.
Working hours:
4.45pm - 2am Monday - Thursday
