Ambition is working with a fast-growing insolvency boutique in Essex that is looking to strengthen its team with the hire of an Insolvency Manager or Senior Manager. The Partners are also open to considering experienced Assistant Managers who are ready to step up.

The firm specialises in corporate insolvency, with a focus on small to mid-sized CVLs, alongside some MVLs, CWUs, and Administrations. You'll be managing a caseload of around 40-50.

In this role, you will take direct responsibility for three team members, ranging from graduate to Insolvency Administrator level, so people management skills and solid corporate insolvency experience are essential. The plan is to split the junior team into two groups of three, each led by a Manager/Senior Manager. You'll be working closely with the existing Senior Manager and the two Partners.

While there is no pressure to pursue qualification, the firm offers full study support for the JIEB, and there is a clear path toward appointment-taking.

The firm takes pride in its relaxed, non-corporate working culture and is as focused on cultural fit as it is on experience. They offer a 35-hour work week, early Friday finishes (4pm), and hybrid working.
