Warehouse Night Shift Manager Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6am
An exciting opportunity to join a well-established wholesale distribution business in a night shift leadership role.
Strong leadership experience within fast paced warehouse operations required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Our client, an established wholesale distributor of FMCG products requires an experienced Night Shift Manager
- You will need to be an exceptional communicator who can build good internal business relationships with the ability to engage, motivate and influence others in order to hands on deliver results through your team and maximise the potential of others including their development and performance management.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Must have managed a team of circa 20+
- Experience of WMS systems
- Experienced in process improvement, KPI management, resource planning
- Experience of managing and developing teams in a fast-paced operational environment is essential, as is a proven understanding and previous management of warehouse processes and operations.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety standards
- Attention to detail and working within set budgets in a customer centric environment.
