Are you a skilled Powder Coater looking for your next opportunity in a thriving and supportive environment? Our client, a well-established manufacturer based in Rayleigh, is seeking a highly experienced Powder Coater to join their dynamic team.
The Role:As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for preparing and coating a variety of metal components to a high standard. You'll work with precision and care, ensuring all products meet strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, masking, and sandblasting
- Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment
- Operate curing ovens and monitor temperature and timing
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition
- Proven experience as a Powder Coater in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience)
- Full-time, permanent position
