What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for legal roles in both the UK and U.S.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with law firms, in-house legal departments, and legal professionals
  • Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates through headhunting, networking, and market mapping
  • Developing new business opportunities and expanding client accounts
  • Staying informed about trends and regulatory developments in the UK and U.S. legal sectors
  • Delivering a consultative service to both clients and candidates with professionalism and insight

What We’re Looking For

We are open to two types of candidates:

Experienced Recruiters:

  • 1+ years of experience in 360 recruitment (legal or professional services preferred)
  • Proven billing record and business development success
  • Confident communicator, entrepreneurial mindset, and commercially astute

Professional Services Background:

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role in legal, accountancy, consulting, or similar
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ambitious, target-driven, and motivated by high earning potential
  • Interest in U.S. or international markets is a bonus
