Following the continued growth of our legal recruitment division, we’re now looking for a driven and ambitious Legal Recruiter to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for legal roles in both the UK and U.S.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with law firms, in-house legal departments, and legal professionals
- Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates through headhunting, networking, and market mapping
- Developing new business opportunities and expanding client accounts
- Staying informed about trends and regulatory developments in the UK and U.S. legal sectors
- Delivering a consultative service to both clients and candidates with professionalism and insight
What We’re Looking For
We are open to two types of candidates:
Experienced Recruiters:
- 1+ years of experience in 360 recruitment (legal or professional services preferred)
- Proven billing record and business development success
- Confident communicator, entrepreneurial mindset, and commercially astute
Professional Services Background:
- Previous experience in a client-facing role in legal, accountancy, consulting, or similar
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ambitious, target-driven, and motivated by high earning potential
- Interest in U.S. or international markets is a bonus
