Warehouse Operative Rayleigh 

Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their busy and expanding team.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: •    To assume day to day responsibility for all warehouse duties ensuring that all processes detailed below are effectively carried out within the agreed timescales•    Responsible for overseeing the collection/delivery of all industrial supplies•    Assume responsibility for monitoring stock of all products, advising Operations Manager when stock levels are low to ensure more stock is ordered so products do not run out of stock•    General housekeeping of the depot, and outside areas; ensuring they are all swept weekly, and outside areas are free from weeds.•    Receiving products back from uplifts, inspecting, cleaning, and repairing products to enable them to go back into circulation•    Picking the Service Drivers stock for when they return to the warehouse, ensuring they have the correct stock required for the following day’s / week.   •    Goods In (Ensuring all items delivered correlates with the delivery notes) •    Putting stock away into the correct locations. •    Any other duties as requested by the depot manager.  

Skills & Experience Required •    Comfortable with working on their feet for long periods •    Experience of working in a customer focussed environment •    A positive can-do attitude and ability to work well as part of a team •    Experience of working within a factory environment would be beneficial, but not essential •    Teamwork •    Organisation skills •    Time management / Planning Skills

Job Type:    Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday  7am – 3:30pm Salary:        £12.60ph Full uniform is supplied ** Driving licence is essential for this role **
