Description
- Oversee and manage the financial operations across Europe.
- Develop and implement financial strategies in line with company goals.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial efficiency.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Develop budgets that align with the company's financial goals.
- Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems.
- Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team.
Profile
A successful European Financial Controller should have:
- Proven experience of working within a group function across multiple jurisdictions.
- Recognised professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the technology and telecoms sector.
- Proficiency in financial management software e.g. proficiency using SAP .
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
