Marketing Senior Account Manager / Account Manager with an agency background acts as the key link between the agency and its clients. This role is to manage client relationships, oversee marketing campaigns, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities typically include:
- Client relationship management – being the main point of contact, understanding client goals, and building long-term trust.
- Campaign/project management – briefing creative, digital, or media teams, coordinating execution, and keeping everything on track.
- Strategy support – helping develop marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns align with client objectives.
- Budget & performance management – monitoring costs, reporting results, and optimizing campaigns.
- Team collaboration – working with internal specialists (designers, copywriters, media planners, digital marketers) to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Responsibilities & Required Skills:
- Project Manage day to day delivery of projects.
- Booking resource, checking work resource has produced, feedback loop.
- Someone who is capable of flagging issues with delivery or scope.
- Involved in proposals and sending those.
- Someone who is very much results driven and looking at the success of the campaign.
- Ideally you will have been involved in full marketing spectrum in terms of agency background but would be open to someone from digital too.
- Must have come from an agency background.
- Ideally B2B, and ideally within Tech.
