Operations Coordinator - Central Reading (Full-Time, Office-Based) Salary: 32,000 - 35,000 Hours: Monday to Friday - Travel: 1-2 days per week to Southampton office

Are you ready to join a dynamic sustainability consultancy in central Reading? We're on the lookout for an Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of a friendly and supportive team. This role is diverse and hands-on, offering you the chance to support the entire business across admin, facilities, and finance functions. As a key player in the business support function, you'll ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

Operations Coordinator responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating travel arrangements, booking meeting rooms, and setting up facilities
  • Monitoring and reporting on health & safety and office maintenance
  • Managing office supplies and purchasing
  • Assisting fee earners with invoice creation and timesheet tracking
  • Supporting the finance team with invoice payments and queries
  • Providing the same support at our Southampton office 1-2 days a week

Experience required

  • Previous experience in admin or office support
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and travel to another office weekly
  • A genuine team player who thrives on variety in their work
