Since the beginnings in 2014, weve transformed the landscape of drone and airspace management, delivering future proof solutions to connect skies and communities safely and efficiently.
By laying the foundations for the safe integration of Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS) into shared airspace, were paving the way for the future of Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) and fully integrated airspace.
About the Role
Working with our talented technical and commercial teams, you will lead the ideation, design, delivery and iteration of our GuardianUTM platform, fulfilling our vision of Automated Flight Everywhere, For Everyone and enabling the safe integration of Crewed and Uncrewed aircraft into the airspace.
What You will Do
- Drive customer-centric value through the backlog
- Break down complex solutions into actionable requirements and own them through development, testing, release and iteration
- Champion cross-functional collaboration, working with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure problems are fully understood and solutions are communicated, managing expectations around timescales and delivery
- Keep an eye on the bigger picture supporting the evolution of our roadmap and tracking dependencies across initiatives
- Be the voice of users and industry
- Ensure that quality standards and best agile practices are upheld within the team
What You will Bring
- Excellent communication, presentation and written skills
- Strong experience of backlog management structuring, prioritising and refining requirements to keep Product teams focussed and value-driven
- Good technical acumen comfortable discussing APIs, data flows and cloud architecture to support solution development and execution
- Value-driven thinking in terms of outcomes, not features, that balance user needs, commercial goals and product strategy
- Driven, creative, decisive and a natural problem-solver with excellent attention to detail
- Stakeholder management able to engage, align, challenge and influence internal and external partners
- Strong agile delivery experience (primarily Scrum and Kanban)
Desirable
- Line Management of Product and/or Engineering colleagues
- Experience in a regulated industry
- Experience with mobile applications
