- Producing accurate designs and quotations for new water connections
- Managing customer queries and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborating across departments to protect our assets and meet customer needs
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, CDM, and Health & Safety legislation
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve the customer journey
- A customer-first mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
- Ideally, a background in engineering or a STEM discipline (degree/diploma level or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a customer-focused or technical role, particularly if you’ve handled complaints or worked with design/estimation
- IT literacy and the ability to quickly learn company systems and processes
- Knowledge of water networks and HSE/CDM regulations (desirable, not essential)
- A starting salary of £30,000 per annum.
- Annual Leave: 25 days holiday. (Plus bank holidays)
