What You’ll Be Doing as their next Senior Quality Technician:

  • Own the quality process — manage customer complaints, warranty cases, and in-house rework
  • Lead failure investigations — dive into root causes and drive corrective actions using 8D problem-solving tools
  • Collaborate across departments — work with production, engineering, and support teams to embed quality across operations
  • Support audits and compliance — coordinate internal audits and help maintain robust quality systems
  • Be the voice of quality — prepare reports, communicate findings, and lead continuous improvement projects

What You’ll Bring as an experienced Quality professional:

  • 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Proficiency with quality tools (8D, root cause analysis), ERP systems, and MS Office
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings, BOMs, and lean manufacturing principles
