The CDM Principal Designer's role
The CDM Principal Designer will deliver full Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015 Regulations across a mix of commercial and residential projects. The position involves supporting clients from project inception, carrying out design risk reviews, and ensuring health and safety compliance throughout.
The CDM Principal Designer
Minimum 2 years' experience in a CDM role
Strong understanding of the CDM 2015 Regulations
Relevant design or construction background
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
NEBOSH Construction or similar certification preferred
