Hours of work: Up to 40 Hours Per Week

Role information:
* Monitoring the project deliverables meet with the agreed standards and satisfy stakeholder requirements at each stage of the project.
* Support and develop the successful delivery of projects using key project management principles, including risk management, change management, schedule management and quality whilst always maintaining a focus on safety.
* Overseeing H&S forums and implementing H&S initiatives, ensuring safety is at the forefront of the construction phase.
* Co-ordinating resources to achieve successful delivery, ensuring AtkinsRalis quality of work is maintained and balanced against the Client's own requirements.
* Identify and document specific actions including establishing milestone to be performed to produce the project deliverables.
* Review plans with architects, surveyors, and engineers.
* Management of on-site logistics.
* Maintaining and developing excellent Stakeholder and Alliance relationships.
* Support the development of more junior staff through technical training and mentoring.
* Feed into project programmes, design reviews and contract scope documents.

Qualifications/Experience Required:
* OND, HND, Degree or equivalent
* Membership of a recognised construction-related professional body.
* Extensive experience of working in a nuclear environment.
* Ability to act on own initiative and operate in a proactive way.
* Ability to work collaboratively and integrate into multi-disciplinary teams or work independently.
* Site Construction experience.
* Authoring of operating procedures.
* Ability to assess and resolve site planning and coordination issues.
* Apply risk assessment and management principles and processes.
* Network effectively, negotiate well and influence people, broker relationships with stakeholders within and outside the project.
