About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a dynamic Project & Programme Services team. Responsible for managing complex, multidisciplinary construction activities in one of the UK's most regulated environments while overseeing installation works, managing health and safety compliance, and driving performance across all phases of construction delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a multi-disciplinary construction team and ensuring safe, efficient project delivery while overseeing site logistics and meeting project deadlines.
  • Engaging in stakeholder and supplier meetings, ensuring alignment and contributing to strategic planning and integration of programmes across the business.
  • Support project controls including risk, schedule, and change management.
  • Guiding the development of junior staff skill sets through mentoring, delegation and team management.  

What We're Looking For:

  • OND/HND/Degree in a construction-related discipline.
  • Extensive site experience, ideally within nuclear licensed or other high-hazard, highly regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously and collaboratively across the project, while displaying excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong understanding of CDM, nuclear safety, and design intent management.
