Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative design for bespoke residential projects with strong architectural narratives
  • Manage all RIBA stages from initial brief to on-site completion
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, providing clear and empathetic guidance
  • Coordinate consultants and contractors to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery

Ideal Candidate

  • Fully qualified Architect with substantial years post-Part III experience, ideally in the high-end residential sector
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design talent, spatial awareness, and detailing skill
  • Experienced in delivering one-off homes and leading projects independently
  • Personable communicator with the ability to guide and inspire clients
  • Skilled in 3D CAD and confident in sketching design ideas
  • In-depth knowledge of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction processes
