Senior Interior Designer - Berkshire

42,000 - 48,000 basic

Our client, an expanding Interior Design practice, is seeking an experienced interior designer to join their existing, dynamic team and work closely with Directors and Associates to lead multiple high-end residential projects, managing a team while delivering exceptional design and client service

Responsibilities include creative direction and design and project management: inspiring the design team; generating and presenting original ideas; designing and developing bespoke furniture, upholstery and lighting and confidently presenting design solutions to clients. You will have full accountability for project delivery while leading a team; scheduling and tracking projects and overseeing external contractor and supplier outputs.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent in Interior design with a minimum of 7 years post graduate experience in the luxury residential sector. You should have proven project leadership, managing multiple projects simultaneously with expertise in all RIBA project management and stages (1-6). You should also have advanced knowledge of materials, finishes and bespoke FF&E with exceptional attention to detail and impeccable communication and presentation skills.

Location: Berkshire based role with some site visits, full driving licence required
