Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a vibrant and progressive UK leading consultancy in their hire of a passionate and talented Associate Director to work on stretching and prestigious projects as part of an established and growing presence in the South East of England.

My clients team works across various projects, including major residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes, and provide specialist services to high profile clients, including major landowners, respected property developers, multi-sector housebuilders and commercial and industrial developers.

We are seeking applications from candidates who have previously worked at Principal / Associate level and are looking for a step up into a more senior role, with a proven track record of advising on a range of projects and experience of winning work. You will be highly motivated and a strategical thinker, with a natural affinity for a leadership role.
