SF Recruitment have partnered with a national organisation with a location in Reading, who are looking to recruit a Field Sales Manager from a hospitality background, to join them on a permanent basis.
Working hours - full time Monday to Friday, field based visiting corporate clients and the local community
Salary: £40,000-£45,000
Responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing the portfolio of accounts and building a strong relationship with Clients
Identifying potential clients and business opportunities
Meeting clients to discuss specific requirements and ensure that service is provided
Negotiating contracts and packages to maximise Profit.
Preparing reports on Goals, sales and Profits and presenting this to senior Management.
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the hospitality market
Working collectively with other departments
Maintaining Accurate records of all policy, sales and activity reports
Attending trade shows and industry events to broaden your network and increase business.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Hospitality/Hotel Sales Manager
Strong understanding of the hospitality market and trends
Excellent in interpersonal and negotiating skills
Proficiency with IT and relevant soft ware
Ability to deliver presentations to both Clients and Senior Managers
