My Estate and Lettings Agent Client are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Valuer to join their successful property team.
As a key part of the business, you will be responsible for carrying out accurate market appraisals, securing new instructions, and building strong relationships with landlords and property owners.
This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with a proven track record in valuations and a strong understanding of the local property market.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting property valuations and providing professional advice to landlords
Generating new business and winning new lettings instructions
Preparing accurate valuation reports and marketing proposals
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Advising clients on pricing strategies based on market trends and data
Coordinating with the lettings team to ensure smooth on boarding of new instructions
Keeping up to date with local market conditions and lettings legislation
Maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in property valuations, preferably within lettings
Proven ability to win business and deliver results in a competitive market
Strong local market knowledge and commercial awareness
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
ARLA qualification (preferred but not essential)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organised
