Our client, a forward-thinking and innovative manufacturer of ITO & Cellular technology products, require a Sales Administrator, for a maternity cover (6mths in the first instance), to provide first line and on-going support to customer enquiries and provide sales administration and customer service support. Reporting to the Sales Director or appointed deputy, the successful candidate will work closely with the external and new business development team, whilst liaising with other internal teams and will build close working relationships with key customers
Duties will include:
- Providing first line response to customers by telephone and email
- Managing sales email inboxes
- Processing Sales Orders
- Raising Proforma invoices
- Reporting order status to management
- Updating and emailing customers order acknowledgements
- Digital filing and archiving of all sales orders
- Managing customer order books
- Maintaining CRM system
- Supporting external and business development sales resources
- Actively promoting full range of products where appropriate
This is a maternity cover, for 6 months in the first instance, starting mid-November.
Salary pro-rata of 27,000
