- Previous experience in a managerial or senior negotiator role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Goring and surrounding area property market
- Confident, driven, and highly organised
- Full UK driving licence required
- £40,000 – £45,000 basic salary
- On-target earnings of £75,000+
