- Salary: £28,000-£30,000
- Type: 37 hours per week
Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Old Windsor.The succesful candidate must be able to start ASAP!
Main Duties
- Outdoor maintenance of the site
- Typical caretaking duties
- General upkeep and a variety of maintenance jobs
- To operate as part of the estates team in the care, security and operation of all site buildings and grounds.
- To support in the daily operation and availability of all sites.
- To assist the Head of Estates in preparing maintenance, development & project plans
- Handle goods in and portering tasks by receiving, delivering, and maintaining records of equipment and parcels, and conducting health and safety checks
- To adopt a proactive approach towards improving service standards year on year, with strong emphasis on providing a professional and memorable customer focussed experience.
Requirements
- Able to start ASAP
- Enhanced DBS
- Estates, caretaking or related experience
- Knowledge of DIY
- Trade experience desirable
