As a Client Delivery Lead, you will design and deliver impactful learning and development programmes that help clients unlock the full value of Lumina Learning solutions. You’ll lead workshops, product qualifications, and coaching programmes, transferring your expertise to address diverse organisational challenges.

You will also act as a trusted partner to the commercial team, providing subject matter expertise, supporting client relationships, and ensuring smooth delivery of projects. From discovery to design, facilitation, and post-delivery evaluation, you’ll oversee the full client journey — ensuring high-quality, transformative experiences that reflect Lumina Learning’s mission of growth through self-awareness.

What you will be doing:
  • Design & deliver engaging workshops, programmes, and product qualifications
  • Partner with clients to understand challenges and tailor Lumina Learning solutions
  • Lead facilitation of workshops, coaching, and training programmes
  • Support commercial growth by collaborating with the business development and account management teams
  • Oversee projects end-to-end, from scoping and design through to delivery and evaluation
  • Coordinate resources and manage budgets to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Organise practitioner events (team days, UK/global Practitioner calls) to engage and grow the community
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in programme design and facilitation
  • Strong presentation, coaching, and public speaking skills
  • Commercially aware with the ability to build trusted client relationships
  • Organised and proactive, confident managing multiple projects to deadline
  • Digitally savvy and quick to learn new systems, with solid Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
Desirable:
  • Degree-level education in a relevant field
  • Coaching certification
  • Lumina Spark or other Lumina Learning qualifications.
