Our Reading client is recruiting for a Team Administrator to join their team to join their team. This role will be temporary for initially 3 months but could go longer term for the right candidate. Hybrid working available with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
You must be free to start immediately.
As the Team Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Tracing pension members who have lost contact with pensions they have accrued through previous work.
* Utilising the resources to track people like social media, specialist ancestry sites and purpose-made tracing tools.
* Using an analytical approach and excellent research skills, as well as a genuine wish to achieve the best possible result.
* General data entry and administration
The successful Team Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:
* Good admin/data entry skills.
* Ability to be resourceful and use your initiative
* Highly organised and motivated
* The successful candidate will appreciate the vital importance of Data Protection
* Highly self-motivated
* Excellent communicator (written and spoken) and have an exceptional eye for detail.
* Previous admin experience in a detail driven role is required to be successful in this position
