  • A qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Qualification in Health and Safety (NEBOSH). 
  • Proven experience as a Facilities Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
