- A qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Qualification in Health and Safety (NEBOSH).Â
- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Â
