Our client a property Asset company dealing with Commercial property is looking for a Part-Time Facilities Manager to work 2 days a week to help manage a number of retail and industrial estates from Penzance to Stoke-on-Trent to the West and Essex to Portsmouth to the East (to include outer London). Requirements of the role will include but not be limited to the following tasks:
- Check site is clean and any hazards are highlighted and resolved in a timely manner
- Ensure Health and Safety legislation is followed for all Landlord services and good advice provided to tenants as needed
- Landscaping maintenance within the scope of the Landscaping Specification
- Inspection reports completed within two weeks of site visit and forwarded for review and filing
- Contract Management including tender and re-tender submissions and negotiations
- Checking condition of site infastructure systems and ensuring ongoing proactive maintenance
- Excellent property management to maintain equity values
- General maintenance management
- Sound understanding of Soft and Hard Services
- Supporting management in annual budget compilation
The Person
- Previous experience within a facilities management position
- Flexibility to travel to the different sites
- Experience in reporting and resolving various issues
- Good attention to detail
- Confident and enthusiastic personality
