An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-focused Property Inspection Manager to join a leading lettings agency based in Reading. You’ll be fully responsible for managing and carrying out quarterly property inspections across a managed portfolio, ensuring high standards and smooth reporting.
A part-time option may be available for the right person, and two positions may be considered.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Planning and booking quarterly property inspections a month in advance
- Visiting properties and updating reports via inspection software
- Sending reports to landlords after visits
- Liaising with property managers regarding any issues spotted
- Organising property keys ahead of visits (from Reading-based office)
- Efficiently planning inspection routes across designated areas
- Using a company pool car when required
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using property software and reporting systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
- Familiarity with the Reading and surrounding areas is advantageous
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Driving licence required (pool car available)
