3 days on, 3 days off 8am to 6pm
I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef Manager for a care home in Reading.
As the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 3 staff, ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.
The ideal Chef Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge
A strong Craft background within the care sector
Extensive knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements
A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures
Strong people management skills
