You will need
- Ideally at least 2 years experience in Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef roles
- Have High working standards
- To be Reliable
- Proven knife skills
- Food Hygiene level 2 and Allergen Certificates
- Ability to be flexible
- Be able to travel across Berkshire
