What You Will Do:
• Organise and execute practical tasks to support project managers in developing new food products and solving formulation challenges.• Produce high-quality bench-scale product samples following provided formulations.• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure optimal functionality.• Assist in pilot plant and scale-up trials as needed.• Maintain accurate records of practical work and results for inclusion in detailed reports.• Ensure the development kitchen is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
What You Will Bring:
• Graduate with a Food Science degree. • Practical experience in a development kitchen• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• A self-motivated and adaptable approach to meet customer and business needs.

Location and Contract Length:
