Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Sales Manager role are:
- Assist with planning and implementing sales strategies to maximise revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple market segments
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to promote hotel services
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts as needed
- Maintain accurate client records and track leads using CRM tools
- Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and familiarisation trips
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns and brand messaging
- Support management of VIP accounts and long-term partnerships
