- Own and manage the seasonal trade calendar and brand activation plan
- Develop trade marketing materials such as sample boxes, POS, sales decks, and campaign literature
- Coordinate marketing efforts across digital, social, events, and print channels
- Collaborate with suppliers to build and deliver joint marketing initiatives
- Work with internal creative resources to develop campaign assets in line with business objectives
- Analyse marketing performance and provide insight to optimise future campaigns
- Support customer-facing events and retail initiatives, producing best practice case studies
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment (preferably food or beverage)
- Confident managing both B2B and B2C campaigns
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Creative thinker with a commercial mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent copywriting and content planning abilities
- Proactive and organised, able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
- Must live within commuting distance of the office and attend on fixed core days (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
