Their flagship site in Calcot, a well-regarded Best Western hotel, serves a diverse mix of corporate, leisure, and event clientele in the busy Thames Valley region.

Description

  • Building and nurturing B2B relationships with local corporates, event planners, and travel buyers

  • Driving room, event, and meeting space sales at the Calcot site and regional properties

  • Developing and executing sales plans aligned with occupancy, ADR, and revenue goals

  • Representing the hotels at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings

  • Collaborating with marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions

  • Reporting on KPIs, pipeline, and market trends to senior leadership

Profile

  • Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, ideally at a regional or property level

  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving revenue targets

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Confidence working independently and travelling across the region

  • Knowledge of the Reading/Thames Valley corporate landscape is a plus
