We are currently working with a market leading technology-based business looking to add into their growing commercial team. We are actively recruiting for a Senior Commercial Manager. The main objective within this role, to act as a commercial interface, managing key business to business relationships, clients, and suppliers. Providing commercial insights, supporting profitable growth whilst driving the businesses long term growth.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Commercial Manager:

  • Managing the end-to-end process for new contracts and bids entering the business
  • Renegotiating and aligning terms accordingly
  • Indentify and mitigate Risks in contracts
  • Renewing and exiting new and existing suppliers accordingly
  • Identifying process improvements and driving efficiencies
  • Negotiating, drafting, editing and approving contract documentation
  • Undertaking CDD checks for new suppliers
  • Reviewing current processes, making recommendations where applicable
  • Ensuring all contracts and documentation are accurate and commercially sound
  • Mitigating risk whilst reviewing contracts to identify gaps or issues and opportunity
  • Supporting and advising internal teams, including Sales, Procurement, and Operations
