Kinetic Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Manager at a prestigious global medical devices company located in Reading.

The successful applicant will be working for a large medical devices company who have a global presence and a great reputation. This is a permanent, office based position where you will be required to work 40 hours a week.

Role and responsibilities:
* Being proactive in building client relationships and maintaining high levels of customer service
* Communicating with internal and external customers to ensure the smooth delivery of services
* Dealing with and processing bespoke orders, creating BOMs (Bill of Materials) and kitting the equipment for despatch
* Managing a small internal team of administrators
* Tracking product into and out of the business using the companies supply management software
* Investigate and resolve disputes in relation to the equipment and services to ensure the outcome is positive for client and business.
* Liaising with theatre managers, including weekly face to face meetings to consult and understand forecasted requirements for the week ahead and review issues
* Support the collation and recording of data for management information, invoicing, and payroll

To be successful as the Customer Service Manager, we require you to have / be able to:
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident and strong character
* Flexible approach to work, willing to work flexible hours if the need arises
* Influence and facilitate problem solving and decision-making processes
* Work under pressure to achieve deadlines
* High attention to detail
* Produce high standards/quality work
* Analytical, influencing, negotiating and leadership skills
* Computer literate - competent user of MS Word and MS Excel
* People management and people development skill
* Full driving licence

This is a great company to work for and offers the following as the Customer Service Manager:
* 34,000 to 38,000 depending on experience
* Permanent position
