kolt recruitment are looking for a panel beater to join a well-established accident repair centre in reading. this is a full-time, permanent position within a busy and professional bodyshop, offering long-term stability and consistent work.
key responsibilities

• carrying out high-quality panel repairs on a range of vehicles
• repairing and replacing damaged panels to manufacturer standards
• straightening, aligning and metal finishing panels
• working closely with painters and met technicians to meet deadlines
• ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

requirements

• previous experience as a panel beater within an accident repair centre or bodyshop
• ability to repair both minor and major accident damage
• good knowledge of repair techniques and processes
• strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
