??? The Role Lead with Confidence:
In this hands-on supervisor role, youll oversee a team of installation engineers, ensuring smooth delivery of both business-as-usual and project-based installations. Youll act as the key point of contact on site, providing leadership, technical guidance, and quality control throughout the process.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the installation of fibre, Cat6, and Cat6A structured cabling
- Overseeing cabinet and containment installations
- Ensuring proper termination, testing, and patching of all copper and fibre solutions
- Managing health & safety on-site
- Leading toolbox talks and ensuring compliance
- Liaising with clients and project managers for smooth delivery

? What Youll Bring:
- Previous experience supervising fibre and copper installation teams
- Strong understanding of structured cabling systems
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Must hold a British passport (for SC clearance)
- Willingness to undergo Security Clearance (SC)
- ECS/CSCS card (preferred)
- Daily commutable distance to Reading
