You will be joining as Team Manager supporting a young back-office team, managing resources, meeting SLA's, offering accurate administrative support for various departments including underwriting, direct debit maintenance and adviser maintenance.
You will have experience of managing a team in a similar process driven environment - but not necessarily in insurance of financial services - but a team processing paperwork, requests with an eye on 5* customer service.
Ideally you will have worked your way up through a call centre to managing a team and are now looking for a fresh challenge.
The role is hybrid with 3 days a week in the office, full time hours - excellent big company benefits but working in a smaller pat of the business so the best of both worlds!!
