Here at Blueprint Recruitment we have a new and exciting role with a top leading client, for an enthusiastic and highly skilled Commissioning Manager. The successful candidate will be required to attend a meeting in Reading once a week, in addition to working hybrid 1-2 days a week from the clients most local office to yourself.

Our client is a globally recognised engineering and project management firm, specialising in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee full commissioning process for engineering systems.

-Plan and manage schedules, documentation, and quality checks.

-Coordinate with teams to ensure system readiness.

-Lead on-site testing, inspections, and final handover.

-Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met.

-Review manuals and support training post-handover.

-Report progress, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

-Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.

-Extensive experience in commissioning large-scale projects.

-Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.

-Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders.

-Familiar with standards like BSRIA, ASHRAE, or LEED.

-Strong organisational and communication skills.
