Good working knowledge and experience in plumbing, carpentry, plastering, decorating and finishing works essential.
Role Requirements
- A pro-active approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
- A professional approach, representing the company in the appropriate manner at all times.
- A stable working history in a similar role for either a new build residential developer, main contractor or affordable housing provider.
- Current driving licence.
- CSCS card.
- First aid training.
- Forklift/Telehandler training preferred.
