Based in Woodley, Berkshire, you will be required to carry out maintenance and repair works to our commercial and residential properties, including new builds, in the surrounding area.

Good working knowledge and experience in plumbing, carpentry, plastering, decorating and finishing works essential.

Role Requirements

A pro-active approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
The ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
A professional approach, representing the company in the appropriate manner at all times.
A stable working history in a similar role for either a new build residential developer, main contractor or affordable housing provider.
Current driving licence.
CSCS card.
First aid training.
Forklift/Telehandler training preferred.
