- A recognised qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering (HNC/HND/Degree level)
- Project management certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP (preferred but not essential)
- Relevant health & safety certifications (e.g. SMSTS, IOSH) are advantageous
- Strong experience delivering EICA or M&E projects within the water or wastewater sector
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, procurement and subcontractor performance
- Demonstrable leadership experience managing cross-disciplinary teams
- Confidence in client-facing roles, with the ability to maintain positive relationships
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
