You will join a thriving and growing business with offices across England.
You will be based in the firm's Reading office working on a hybrid basis and you will support hiring across a diverse portfolio-including corporate functions, tax, audit, and accounting.
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, shape recruitment strategies, and deliver a first-class candidate experience.
Travel to the firm's offices across England will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate functions, tax, audit, and accounting.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on talent strategies.
- Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract high-calibre candidates in competitive markets.
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate journey.
- Manage the firm's recruitment partner program.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting to support workforce planning.
- Represent the business at recruitment events, careers fairs, and networking activities.
- Contribute to employer branding, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- You will have proven experience in an internal talent acquisition or agency recruitment role.
- Strong understanding of professional services hiring, ideally including tax, audit, accounting.
- Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Skilled in proactive sourcing, talent pipelining, and market mapping.
- Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
