About the Job

This role focuses on the effective recovery of arrears on behalf of clients, while building collaborative relationships across departments to support smooth financial operations.

Duties will include:

  • Proactively managing arrears
  • Setting up and monitoring approved payment plans
  • Initiating legal proceedings when required
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance of data within internal databases
  • Producing monthly credit control reports with relevant updates
  • Addressing and resolving queries quickly and professionally.
  • Managing incoming communications and providing clear, professional responses.
  • Contributing to process improvement and handling ad hoc tasks as needed.

About the Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in credit control, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach is essential, as is proficiency in Excel.
