- Produce documents, standard letters, and process work tickets for the Housing Repairs and Maintenance Service.
- Provide technical administrative support to all areas of the maintenance team.
- Proven customer service experience, ideally within a call centre or high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills for managing inquiries efficiently.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including document production and database maintenance.
- Act as a primary point of contact for repair enquiries, ensuring smooth communication and prompt processing of work requests.
- Efficiently manage and update database records, maintain accurate work tickets, and generate documents and standard letters as required.
- Work closely with the Housing Repairs and Maintenance Service team to deliver seamless operational support.
