About the RoleThis is a key position within the business, offering the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers, manage accounts from end to end, and support the full supply chain process. You鈥檒l be the go-to person for clients, warehouses, and suppliers, ensuring every order runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:路 Be the primary point of contact for clients, end customers, warehouses, and suppliers路 Deliver outstanding service with a positive, empathetic, and professional approach路 Handle customer inquiries and complaints across multiple communication channels路 Accurately process orders, forms, and requests while maintaining CRM updates路 Monitor supply chain activities and resolve issues before they escalate路 Coordinate with warehousing and transport teams to ensure timely fulfilment路 Provide accurate picking instructions and release orders via internal systems路 Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions路 Liaise internally to ensure customer expectations are consistently met路 Share feedback and ideas to enhance customer service processes
What our client is looking for:路 Proven experience in a customer service or account coordination role-ideally within supply chain, logistics, or operations路 Excellent communication skills-clear, confident, and personable路 Strong coordination and organisational abilities with attention to detail路 IT literate with experience using order/supply chain systems (e.g., TM Ware, Nexis, or similar)路 A good understanding of warehousing and logistics operations路 A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong team ethic
