This is a lovely role for a SWEDISH/NORWEGIAN speaker who likes customer care and is looking for a varied role that combines customer care with admin sales support responsibilities. The role is based in the READING area. There will be full training provided in this position and plenty of opportunity to grow your responsibilities and move up in the organisation, especially if you have a talent for looking after customers. The company is one of the largest US businesses in its sector, and you will deal with taking classic inbound calls and do admin around taking orders. The team is friendly and warm and very highly regarded in the organisation

The team is international and multilingual The Role:You will support customers in Europe and will be the frontline representative of the company. This is an inbound role in which you will support clients who will be submitting financial data and other information. The role will involve some excel work .Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming phone and email
  • Log customer queries
  • Looking at financial data using excel to match information
  • Provide product training
  • Advise on new products
  • Help customers navigate the various products
  • Daily use of excel to upload data

Skills:

  • Fluent Swedish and Norwegian
  • 6 months previous experience working in a customer care role
  • Excel
